We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for unused products in their original packaging.

How to return: Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the product. We will confirm the pickup.

Unboxing video: Please record an unboxing video when your order arrives. It is required for damaged or wrong-item claims.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the returned product reaching us.

Return terms are a placeholder. The shop will confirm the final policy when your order is placed on WhatsApp.
